Refunds of Hard Goods & Service:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  2. Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  3. Services must be refunded to Hikedeal Digital Media Private Limited immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting [email protected] as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Hikedeal Digital Media Private Limited sole, reasonable discretion.
